7th Coupe des Dauphins
Geneva, Switzerland – January 26-27, 2008
Spread over two days, the 7th edition of this competition had one of greatest turnouts for a national competition open to international competitors. With 47 participants from 10 nations, this indoors freediving event yielded high numbers in the performances which bodes well for the rest of this year.
Saturday night was Dynamic without fins (DNF) followed by Static apnea (STA) on Sunday morning and Dynamic (DYN) that same afternoon.
William took the overall cup for the second year in a row just like Swiss champion Claudia Rollero. They both look forward to an even stiffer competition next year. Kudos to the organizers for this well-run event !
