Sharks in the (Canadian) Wild(life)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Canadian Wildlife Federation Magazines sharks showcase – May-June 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have to say I am a fan of the Canadian Wildlife Federation<\/color><\/a> (CWF). And that’s not because I was born in that very large country. But simply because I have had a chance to meet many of its staff back in October 2013 when I attended the 3rd International Marine Protected Areas Congress (IMPAC3)<\/color><\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CWF is the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving wildlife and habitat in Canada.<\/p>\n

I have had the great pleasure to collaborate with it, the first time with a webinar<\/color><\/a> held from Bimini, Bahamas in January 2014 and the second time, with a tour of schools, giving presentations on shark conservation to a dozen of schools<\/color><\/a> in Ontario and Quebec, in February 2014. Last but not least, I was also invited to be the guest speaker at an awareness dinner, in Toronto, in support of the Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative<\/color><\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So, when freelance writer Ryan Stuart<\/color><\/a> contacted me for an interview for their magazines Canadian Wildlife<\/color><\/em><\/a> and Biosph\u00e8re<\/color><\/em><\/a>, I jumped at the opportunity.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Swimming with Sharks<\/color><\/em><\/a> and Il nage avec les requins<\/color><\/em><\/a> appeared in the May-June 2015 issue of Canadian Wildife and Biosph\u00e8re, respectively.<\/p>\n
