
World Oceans Day
UN Headquarters, New York City – May 31 – August 1, 2013
Organized by the United Nations’ Division for Ocean Affairs & the Law of the Sea, in cooperation with Blancpain, Editions Fifty Fathoms and DivePhotoGuidestory, the 2013 World Oceans Day UN exhibit will pay tribute to the seas with a photo exhibit aptly named “Oceans”.
Featuring photographic work by sixteen selected men and women, whose name are (in alphabetical order):
Kurt Amsler (Switzerland), Laurent Ballesta (France), Daniel Botelho (Brazil), Frederic Buyle (Belgium), Ethan Daniels (United States), Stephen Frink (United States), Marc A. Hayek (Switzerland), Doug Perrine (United States), Norbert Probst (Germany), Dr. Enric Sala (Spain), Maurine Shimlock & Burt Jones (United States), Mark Strickland (United States), Masa Ushioda (Japan), Keri Wilk (Canada), William Winram (Canada).
The exhibit is due to open May 31 and will run until August 1, 2013. If you are in New York City this summer, don’t miss it!
